cancellation policy

This business enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows, late cancellations and late notice rescheduling! Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 min late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline (48hours) listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

To cancel an appointment or no show and not be charged it must be for an emergency only! Meaning life or death, or scheduled party is going to hospital. Proof will also need to be provided with picture or documents. The salon time is valuable and we will not tolerate no shows or clients who want to cancel just because they changed their minds. We like to see commitments fulfilled by clients and stylists here at B. Avery Salon & Barbershop. So we will enforce a strict policy to make sure they are. Same day cancellations will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Also if you change or cancel your card on file to avoid the cancellation fee, we will send it to collections.
